- Once you have reached Level 8 of the National Swim Programme, you will be invited to join the club.
- The club coaching team will assess you using the Level 8 criteria as a baseline assessment of your competance.
- Having decided to join the club, you will be given a club pack which includes an application form for completion.
- Your initial squad is likely to be 'RED' and these sessions are held on a wednesday and friday evenings at 6.00 - 6.30PM. Your performance will be closely monitored. You will be encouraged to build stamina and learn good stroke techniques.
- Swimmers' progress is reviewed on a quarterly basis and swimmers may move up or down a squad depending upon overall performance.
